Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch-Deep Stretch is a slow-paced style of classical Hatha Yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The focus of the class is more on a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body-the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Students will improve meditation practices through deep stretching of body coordinating with breathing patterns.
