Class Description
YIN YOGA
Long held deep stretch the connective tissues of the body. Connective tissues normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of practice.
GENTLE STRETCH
Open areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living. The focus of the class is more on creating a greater range of motion in all your joints and creating flexibility in the back, tight hamstrings, low back pain, and shoulders tight.
DEEP STRETCH
A slow-paced style of classical Hatha Yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The focus of the class is more on a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body-the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Students will improve meditation practices through deep stretching of body coordinating with breathing patterns.
YIN-YANG YOGA
This class is designed for balancing the body and cultivating a focused and meditative mind. Students will experience an invigorating practice combined with long-held deep stretches.
YOGA WHEEL
This class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. A wheel is a yoga prop designed specifically for expanding the chest and shoulders, stretching the hip flexors, and rejuvenating the spine
SWING YOGA
Combine traditional asanas with the use of a hammock. The hammock reduces the stress of gravity in the joints and spine, build upper body and core strength.
SWING THERAPY
This class combines the use of a hammock with traditional asanas. The purpose of the class focuses on its therapeutic and alignment value, so it will practice asanas with the support of hammock that can help to support our weight, ease the pressure, create space in joints, and decrease compression in the spine. No inversion asana is included in this class.
WALL YOGA
This class is to practice asanas against the wall to build core awareness and strength. it is designed to assist the understanding of alignment as well as deepening the opening of the body during practice. Inversion poses may be included.
YOGA DANCE
Combine vinyasa flow with dance movement.
POWER YOGA
Build strength and stamina through longer timing held poses. Inversion poses may be included.
HATHA FLOW/VINYASA YOGA
A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath, which can generate blood circulation and improve flexibility.
CORE YOGA
Strengthen the core muscles and improve the internal support and stability of the body. Abdominal posture practices help to strengthen the connection between the upper and the lower body. A strong core can provide the good support of our body and protect our spine.
ASHTANGA YOGA
This class sets the foundation for Ashtanga classes, comprising the traditional Ashtanga sequence with bandhas and breath.
SUN SALUTATION & BREATHING
Sun Salutations help you connect with the light within and around you and warm your entire body from the inside out. In this class, you will flow through several rounds of basic Sun Salutations A & B with slight variations. This simple and pure class will help you move stuck energy and connect with your highest intentions. This class introduces to the practice of breath control.
TONE BODY YOGA
This class consists of a fast but efficient dynamic flow of postures that can improve muscle tone and flexibility. With a focus on total-body strengthening, balance and flexibility, this time-efficient routine is a great cardiovascular and yoga workout.
BASIC YOGA
Introduce basic yoga poses and set the foundation for all the other yoga classes.
HATHA YOGA
The most common and traditional way to practice yoga. This class is the basis for all contemporary physical yoga practices and suitable for all levels practitioners.
ASANA & PRANAYAMA YOGA
‘Asana’ means postures and ‘pranayama’ means breathing techniques in Sanskrit. This class introduces a wide variety of beginning postures and the practice of breath control that leads to arise awareness of the connection between mind and body. Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to perfect their basic postures alignment in yoga.
KIDS YOGA
Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Children will learn how to focus and centre themselves with various breathing techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group pose. Age range from 7 years old to 12 years old.
BOLLYFIT
This class is a freestyle dancing with a unique and refreshing blend of classical and folk styles in a dynamic dance experience, which sets to the most popular Bollywood music. This class uses simple non-stop dance moves which are not set in a choreography, so just come and dance along. The class ends with cooling, relaxing stretches and is a fun way to reduce stress and sweat. Suitable for beginners in Yoga and dance.
ABT TRAINING
This class focuses generally on your body and fitness, or tone your abs, butts and thighs. Suitable for all levels, women and men. Equipment is always optional in every class.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASS
Private yoga lessons also offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns, or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, or meditation.
