Ritesh started practicing yoga at the age of seven. He devotes himself to his continuous practice and has since accumulated in-depth knowledge and practical experiences in yoga practices. He won numerous national and provincial yoga championships in India.
Ritesh began his yoga teaching career in Macau and Hong Kong in 2011. A demanding teacher, he guides students to follow a step-by-step method to bring the awareness of proper body alignment through longer holding time and emphasizes on steady connection to the breath. He is renowned in the yoga community for his professional and passionate teaching. In 2016 he founded Yoga Light Company in Macau and incorporated Yoga Light Company in Hong Kong in 2018. In recent years, he focuses on teaching training courses to train local yoga teachers.
