Hazel is a certified instructor in yoga, animal flow, and singing bowl sound healing. Her previous experience of sitting for long hours in office work led to stiffness and pain in her body, motivating her to start practicing yoga. Through yoga, she does not only find relief for these issues but also develops a greater sense of focus and mindfulness. Continuously deepening her practice, Hazel obtained qualifications as a certified yoga instructor in 2021 and a singing bowl sound healing practitioner. She later discovered the power and fluidity of animal flow, which captivated her. Hazel is enthusiastic about guiding and sharing this practice, aiming to explore the limitless possibilities and fluidity of the body with others.
Hazel has been teaching at Yoga Light, Macau since 2023. She specializes in Restorative Yoga with a Singing Bowl.
