With your teacher’s guidance, take time to understand adjustments, work on challenging asanas, and build confidence at your own pace.
The package includes 3 private sessions, available one-to-one or two-to-one. Practise individually with your teacher, or bring a friend and take the sessions together.

First class must be used by 31 March 2027. - 優惠計劃的有效期為首節課起計2個月。The package is
valid for 2 months starting from the date of the first class.
