Handstand Workshop

In June, Master Deep will hold the third Handstand Workshop to teach you the right way to practice handstands and explain each part of the basic knowledge and practice details of asanas in the workshop. Focus and balance are two major elements in handstand, so this workshop is aiming at not only improve your asana performance, but also your focus and balance. The workshop will begin with arm balance, then specific core strength exercise, at the last is to train every aspect of handstand.
