Beginner’s Tips

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class to get registered and settle down.
  • Do not eat 2-3 hours before your class and try to hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water before class.

  • For your first class, choose a level that is suitable for you. Introduce yourself to the teacher before class begins. If you have any injury or health issues, let teacher know about it.

  • Regular practice is always recommended. 4-5 classes in a week is good enough. Try not to exhaust yourself with plenty of classes in one day. Proper rest is also important to relax and rejuvenated.

  • We provide different levels and styles of classes. Find the practice which you feel best suits your personality and personal objectives.

  • Make use of supporting props like blocks, stripe, bolster provided in the studio for a comfortable practice.
