Beginner’s Tips
- Please arrive 15 minutes before class to get registered and settle down.
Do not eat 2-3 hours before your class and try to hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water before class.
For your first class, choose a level that is suitable for you. Introduce yourself to the teacher before class begins. If you have any injury or health issues, let teacher know about it.
Regular practice is always recommended. 4-5 classes in a week is good enough. Try not to exhaust yourself with plenty of classes in one day. Proper rest is also important to relax and rejuvenated.
We provide different levels and styles of classes. Find the practice which you feel best suits your personality and personal objectives.
Make use of supporting props like blocks, stripe, bolster provided in the studio for a comfortable practice.
