Arm Balance Workshop

Instructed by our experienced instructor Master Rahul, this workshop will teach you variations of arm balance. We will start with the basic knowledge, then break down the details of the asana and explain how to master the asana with the use of fingers, arms, and core engagement and its techniques. It is designed in a safe and well-organized process. Suitable for all levels of students.
