300 Hour Teacher Training Course with Master Ritesh
Yoga Light will offer a daytime 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training for certified yoga teachers who have completed foundational certification, or who want to give themselves a challenge to evolve into a certified yoga teacher. This advanced training includes all the imperative aspects of yogic practices, adjustment and alignment, traditional hatha, ashtanga, yin yoga, human anatomy, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, singing bowl, ayurveda, etc. It will teach beyond basic instruction and transcend your foundational skills, equipping you to:

- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our training.
- The curriculum can be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. To be admitted you must be ready to fully participate in the demands of the program. An applicant must be able to support the group learning process. Applicants must be on time and be prepared to fully participate in the teachings.
- You must have been practicing yoga at the minimum of six months or above at home or in a studio.
- Full attendance and in class participation is required. This means arriving on time and staying for the duration of the class.
- Any classes missed must be made up at your own expense.
- In case of any dispute arisen, Yoga Light reserves the right to make the final decision.
